1) Monitor all aspects of the Performance and Continuous Improvement Standards related to MSIP 6.
Dr. Kratofil will be giving an update during her comments about MSIP 6.
2) Facilitate the development and implementation of the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.
Dr. Kratofil will be giving an update during her comments about our Strategic Planning meetings to date. The next planning meeting with the Board is Thursday, September 29th from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
3) Execute effective search and hiring process for the next Superintendent of Schools.
Destry Brown with EGL met with stakeholder groups including students, teachers,
classified staff, administrators, Central Office Staff and community members on
Wednesday, September 14. A survey was provided to all school staff and patrons to
complete with regards to what is important in the next superintendent. |
