Members of the board and administration met with Eric Craig and his team to discuss the proforma for their proposed TIF. We have turned all documents over to our financial advisor and legal counsel for advice on how to proceed. We desire to negotiate the percentage of abatement requested prior to going in front of the county TIF Commission.
