1. Members of the Emergency Response Team including members of our local police, fire and EMS will be conducting a safety walk-through of our facilities on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. I will provide the feedback resulting from those walk-throughs at the meeting.
2. One of the activities proposed at the initial Emergency Response Team meeting was to conduct table top or practice activities to educate staff on how to respond to various emergency situations. Unfortunately, on Monday we had a real emergency to respond to which was the bus accident. We cannot thank emergency responders and staff enough for their quick response to help our students. Following the emergency, the District had an opportunity to follow up with NRAD to discuss things that went well or things that need to be improved upon.
