|
The funding for these projects will be with an initial buy down of equipment of $500,000 from excess 2023 bond monies which by statute must be spent by June of 2025. The remaining $4M will be funded by Certificates of Participation (COP) financing (lease purchase) as explained in previous finance and BOE meetings leading up to this contract approval.
